  • Orders ship from Monday to Friday, excluding national and bank holidays.
  • All domestic orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery.
  • All international orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed For delivery.
  • If available in your country, a tracking code will be included in your Shipment Notification email.
  • We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.

  • Customs Fees are NOT included in your purchase and are your responsibility.
  • We are unable to mark orders as "gifts."
  • We are required to list the full retail value of your order on the commercial invoice and customs forms.
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must notify us prior to returning your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition.
  • Returned items must include all original paperwork.
  • Returned items must be sent via a recorded method of delivery.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Any part of the product is missing and/or damaged, including but not limited to the charm, necklace and box.
  • The product has been worn and/or used.

Please note that returns can take anywhere up to 7 days to process upon our receiving them.


REFUND POLICY

Assuming that the above criteria for a return has been met and agreed to, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds can only be issued via the original payment method.
  • You are responsible for return tracked shipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
  • Depending on the payment method used, refunds may take anywhere from 1-7 working days to appear in your account.
